Body Wisdom: An Anatomy & Yoga Exploration Series is a thoughtfully designed, seven-part workshop series for anyone curious about how the human body works—and how yoga supports healthy movement, breathing, and overall well-being.
This series blends approachable anatomy education with practical yoga insights, helping participants better understand why we move, breathe, and rest the way we do in practice and in daily life. Whether you’re a yoga student, teacher, movement enthusiast, or simply someone who wants to feel more confident and informed in your body, these workshops offer valuable tools you can apply immediately.
Each session focuses on a key body system and explores how yoga supports strength, mobility, respiration, nervous system balance, and safe, sustainable movement. Participants may register for the full series for a comprehensive learning experience or choose individual sessions based on their interests.
No prior anatomy experience is required—content is presented in a clear, supportive, and accessible way, with time for discussion, questions, and embodied exploration.
