Come celebrate the changing of the season with the Sound Medicine Collective’s Sacred Sound Journey!

Autumn is a time to start to slow down, embrace the shifting light and the cooler temperatures, and settle into some stillness after a busy and active summer. Take some time to rest and to go deep into a journey of meditative sound.

The Sound Medicine Collective will bring their array of beautiful instruments to Northern Life Yoga where you will receive the vibrations of a wall of gongs, hand pan, drums, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, mantras, Alchemy Bowls, Didgeridoo, and two giant bowls you can stand in to begin your experience.

Their sound tours have taken them from New York to the Teton Mountains and now to Sault Ste. Marie!
