Join Carrie and Celesta for a series of grounding and restorative Yoga Nidra sound baths, each offering an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Each gathering will combine a guided sleep meditation referred to as Yoga Nidra, intentional reflection, and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath to create space for deep rest and relaxation.

Come as you are. No yoga experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.

Most of the practice will be spent resting comfortably, receiving the benefits of yogic sleep and sound.
