As we approach the Winter Solstice and the return of the light, we invite you to slow down, soften, and turn inward to receive. Join us for a 90-minute restorative experience designed to support deep rest and gentle renewal.

Move your body in a yoga flow guided by guest instructor Tae Steward, owner of Strait to the Roots in Mackinac City. Then rest and enjoy a guided Yoga Nidra with hands-on or hands-off Reiki offered by Lola Kennedy backed by the healing music of singing bowls.

This workshop is an invitation to release the heaviness of the year and to listen for what wants to emerge next. You'll be guided to choose a word or intention to carry with you into the new year.
