This Galentine’s Sound Bath is a heart-centered evening designed to honor the friends who support you, see you, and walk alongside you through life. Bring your bestie, come with a group, or arrive solo and be welcomed into a warm, inclusive space of connection.

Centered around Valentine’s season, this experience shifts the focus away from romantic expectations and toward the power of friendship and community. Sharing a sound bath together allows friends to rest side by side, breathe in sync, and settle into a collective sense of ease. These shared moments of stillness often strengthen bonds, deepen trust, and create a felt sense of being truly together...without needing words.

You’ll be guided into full-body relaxation through soothing sound frequencies that calm the nervous system and soften the heart. The vibrations of crystal bowls and gentle instruments help release stored tension while creating a shared energetic experience that naturally fosters connection, with yourself and with those around you.

What to Bring• A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on• Blanket(s), extra warm blankets encouraged• A pillow(s) or bolster for head or knees• Cozy layers or socks

What to Expect• You’ll be lying down or resting comfortably for the entire duration• No movement or experience required• Gentle sound instruments designed to calm the nervous system• A quiet, dimly lit space to support deep rest

Perfect for friends who want something different than dinner plans, this Galentine’s Sound Bath is a gift you give each other: presence, relaxation, and a shared moment of care. Come as you are, bring your bestie, and leave feeling relaxed, supported, and more deeply connected. This session will also introduce a new instrument to the sound bath, adding a fresh layer of resonance and depth to the experience. Also, small treat included to enhance the experience.
